شرایط استفاده
این صفحه می‌گه با چه قراری از پث‌وایز استفاده می‌کنی. ساده نوشتیمش، چون قراری که خونده نشه، قرار نیست.
کوتاهش اینه: پث‌وایز رو برای یادگیری خودت استفاده کن. اشتراک رو از کافه‌بازار می‌خری و از همون‌جا هم لغو می‌کنی. درس‌ها با کمک هوش مصنوعی ساخته می‌شن و ممکنه اشتباه داشته باشن، و هیچ‌کس نمی‌تونه نتیجهٔ آزمونت رو تضمین کنه.
۱. با استفاده از اپ، این شرایط رو قبول می‌کنی
وقتی حساب می‌سازی یا از پث‌وایز استفاده می‌کنی، یعنی این شرایط و سیاست حریم خصوصی رو خوندی و قبول داری. اگر با بخشی از این‌ها موافق نیستی، از اپ استفاده نکن.
۲. حسابت
- پث‌وایز برای کودکان زیر ۱۳ سال ساخته نشده. اگر زیر ۱۸ سالی، با اجازهٔ سرپرستت استفاده کن.
- حساب مال خودته. کد ورود و رمزت رو به کسی نده؛ کاری که با حساب تو انجام بشه پای خودته.
- اطلاعاتی که موقع ساخت حساب می‌دی باید درست باشه. با ایمیل یا شمارهٔ کسی دیگه حساب نساز.
- هر وقت بخوای، حسابت رو می‌بندی. راهش توی صفحهٔ حذف حساب نوشته شده.
۳. استفادهٔ شخصی
اجازه‌ای که بهت می‌دیم شخصی، محدود و غیرقابل‌واگذاریه: پث‌وایز رو روی دستگاه‌های خودت و برای یادگیری خودت استفاده کن. فروختن دسترسی، اشتراک‌گذاشتن حساب با بقیه، و استفادهٔ تجاری از درس‌ها و مسیرهای اپ بدون اجازهٔ کتبی ما مجاز نیست. خود اپ، نام و نشان پث‌وایز و کدش مال ماست و با نصب اپ به تو منتقل نمی‌شه.
۴. اشتراک، پرداخت و تمدید
- بخش زیادی از پث‌وایز رایگانه. بعضی امکان‌ها اشتراک می‌خوان.
- خرید و پرداخت کامل داخل کافه‌بازار انجام می‌شه. ما شمارهٔ کارت و اطلاعات بانکی‌ات رو نمی‌بینیم و ذخیره نمی‌کنیم.
- بعد از پرداخت، سرور ما خرید رو مستقیم با کافه‌بازار چک می‌کنه و بعد اشتراک رو روی حسابت فعال می‌کنه. اگر پول کم شد و اشتراک فعال نشد، توی صفحهٔ اشتراک‌ها «بازیابی خرید» رو بزن؛ اگر باز هم نشد، به hello@pathwise.ir بنویس.
- تمدید خودکار، لغو اشتراک و درخواست بازگشت وجه، طبق قوانین کافه‌بازار و از داخل خود کافه‌بازار انجام می‌شه. ما به‌تنهایی نمی‌تونیم اشتراکی رو که اونجا خریدی لغو کنیم یا پولش رو برگردونیم.
- حذف حساب، اشتراک کافه‌بازار رو لغو نمی‌کنه. اگر نمی‌خوای دوباره تمدید بشه، اول از کافه‌بازار لغوش کن، بعد حسابت رو حذف کن.
- قیمت‌ها ممکنه عوض بشن. قیمت جدید روی دوره‌ای که قبلاً خریدی اثری نداره.
۵. استفادهٔ درست
این کارها رو نکن:
- استفاده از اپ برای کار غیرقانونی، یا آزار و تهدید بقیه توی اتاق‌های مطالعه، حلقه‌ها و یادداشت‌ها.
- گذاشتن یا منتشر کردن محتوای توهین‌آمیز، جنسی، نفرت‌پراکن یا محتوایی که حقش مال تو نیست.
- تلاش برای نفوذ به سرویس، مهندسی معکوس، دور زدن محدودیت‌ها و سهمیه‌ها، اسکرپ کردن محتوا، یا فشار آوردن به سرورها با درخواست خودکار.
- ساختن حساب به‌جای کس دیگه یا جا زدن خودت به‌جای یکی دیگه.
اگر این‌ها رو زیر پا بذاری، ممکنه دسترسی‌ات رو محدود کنیم یا حسابت رو ببندیم.
۶. چیزی که می‌نویسی و منتشر می‌کنی
هدف‌ها، یادداشت‌ها، جواب‌ها و مسیرهایی که می‌سازی مال خودته. ما فقط همون اجازه‌ای رو داریم که برای اجرای سرویس لازمه: ذخیره‌شون کنیم، نشونت بدیم و برات پردازش‌شون کنیم.
وقتی مسیری رو عمومی منتشر می‌کنی، به بقیه اجازه می‌دی ببیننش و ازش کپی بردارن، و اون کپی‌ها با نام تو در لحظهٔ انتشار باقی می‌مونن، حتی بعد از حذف حسابت. اگر این رو نمی‌خوای، قبل از حذف حساب مسیرت رو از حالت عمومی دربیار.
محتوایی که این شرایط رو نقض کنه رو برمی‌داریم.
۷. درس‌ها ساخته می‌شن، تضمین نمی‌شن
هیچ تضمینی برای قبولی در هیچ آزمونی، گرفتن هیچ نمره‌ای و رسیدن به هیچ نتیجه‌ای نیست. یادگیری به خود تو و کلی چیز دیگه بستگی داره؛ پث‌وایز فقط برنامه و تمرین بهت می‌ده.
درس‌ها، مسیرها و جواب‌های یادای با کمک سرویس‌های هوش مصنوعی ساخته می‌شن و ممکنه ناقص، قدیمی یا اشتباه باشن. سرفصل رسمی آزمون یا درست بودن یک نکته رو از منبع اصلی خودت چک کن. برای موضوع‌های پزشکی، حقوقی، مالی و ایمنی، حرف یادای جای مشورت با آدم متخصص رو نمی‌گیره.
۸. در دسترس بودن سرویس
تلاش‌مون اینه اپ همیشه بالا باشه، ولی قطعی، خطا و کندی ممکنه پیش بیاد و نمی‌تونیم دسترسی بی‌وقفه رو تضمین کنیم. ممکنه امکانی رو اضافه، عوض یا حذف کنیم. اگر امکانی رو که بابتش پول دادی برداریم، سهم باقی‌ماندهٔ اشتراکت رو جبران می‌کنیم.
۹. بستن حساب
هر وقت خواستی حسابت رو حذف کن: توی اپ، پروفایل ← تنظیمات ← داده‌ها و حساب ← حذف حسابم، یا از راه‌های صفحهٔ حذف حساب. حذف برگشت‌ناپذیره.
ما هم اگر این شرایط رو جدی نقض کنی یا کارت به بقیه یا به سرویس آسیب بزنه، می‌تونیم حسابت رو محدود یا ببندیم. هر جا که بشه، از قبل بهت خبر می‌دیم و راه اصلاحش رو می‌گیم.
۱۰. مسئولیت
پث‌وایز «همان‌طور که هست» در اختیارت قرار می‌گیره. تا جایی که قانون اجازه می‌ده، ما مسئول ضررهای غیرمستقیم مثل از دست رفتن فرصت، نمره، درآمد یا داده‌ای که خودت جای دیگه‌ای ازش نسخهٔ پشتیبان نداری نیستیم، و سقف مسئولیت ما در هر حال همون مبلغیه که در شش ماه گذشته بابت اشتراک پرداخت کردی. هیچ بندی از این متن، حقوقی رو که قانون ایران برای مصرف‌کننده گذاشته کم نمی‌کنه.
۱۱. تغییر این شرایط
ممکنه این شرایط عوض بشه. نسخهٔ به‌روز همیشه همین‌جاست و تاریخ بالای صفحه تغییر می‌کنه. اگر تغییر مهمی باشه، داخل خود اپ هم بهت می‌گیم. ادامهٔ استفاده بعد از تغییر یعنی شرایط تازه رو قبول داری.

قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران بر این شرایط حاکمه، و رسیدگی به اختلاف‌ها با دادگاه‌های صالح ایرانه.

Terms of use
This page says what you and we agree to when you use Pathwise. It is written plainly, because an agreement nobody reads is not an agreement.
The short version: use Pathwise for your own learning. You buy a subscription through Cafe Bazaar and you cancel it there. Lessons are written with the help of AI services and can be wrong, and nobody can guarantee how an exam goes for you.
1. Using the app means accepting these terms
Creating an account or using Pathwise means you have read and accepted these terms and the privacy policy. If you do not agree with part of them, please do not use the app.
2. Your account
- Pathwise is not built for children under 13. If you are under 18, use it with your guardian's permission.
- The account is yours. Do not share your sign-in code or password; what happens on your account is your responsibility.
- The details you give when you sign up must be accurate. Do not open an account with somebody else's email address or phone number.
- You can close your account whenever you like. The account deletion page explains how.
3. Personal use
The licence we give you is personal, limited and non-transferable: use Pathwise on your own devices, for your own learning. Selling access, sharing an account with other people and using the app's lessons and paths commercially are not allowed without our written permission. The app itself, the Pathwise name and mark, and its code remain ours; installing the app does not transfer them to you.
4. Subscriptions, payment and renewal
- Much of Pathwise is free. Some features need a subscription.
- Buying and paying happen entirely inside Cafe Bazaar. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- After payment, our server checks the purchase directly with Bazaar and only then activates the plan on your account. If money left your account and the plan did not appear, use "Restore purchase" on the plans screen; if it still does not appear, write to hello@pathwise.ir.
- Automatic renewal, cancellation and any refund request are governed by Cafe Bazaar's rules and are handled inside Bazaar. We cannot on our own cancel a subscription bought there or refund it.
- Deleting your account does not cancel your Bazaar subscription. If you do not want it to renew, cancel it in Bazaar first, then delete the account.
- Prices can change. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- use the app for anything illegal, or to harass or threaten other people in study rooms, circles or notes;
- post or publish abusive, sexual or hateful content, or content that is not yours to share;
- attempt to break into the service, reverse-engineer it, work around limits and quotas, scrape content, or load the servers with automated requests;
- create an account for somebody else without their permission, or impersonate anyone.
If you do, we may limit your access or close your account.
6. What you write and publish
The goals, notes, answers and paths you create are yours. We take only the permission the service needs in order to run: to store them, show them back to you and process them for you.
When you publish a path, you allow other people to see it and copy it, and those copies keep the name you had when you published, including after you delete your account. If you would rather that did not happen, unpublish the path before you close your account.
We remove content that breaks these terms.
7. Lessons are generated, not guaranteed
There is no guarantee of passing any exam, of any grade, or of any outcome at all. Learning depends on you and on a great deal else; Pathwise gives you a plan and practice.
Lessons, paths and Yaadai's answers are produced with the help of AI services and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Check your exam's official syllabus, and anything that matters, against its original source. On medical, legal, financial and safety topics, Yaadai is not a substitute for a qualified human.
8. Availability
We try to keep the app up, but outages, errors and slow days happen, and we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove a feature you paid for, we will make good the remaining part of your subscription.
9. Closing an account
Delete your account whenever you want: in the app, Profile → Settings → Data and account → Delete my account, or by the routes on the account deletion page. Deletion cannot be undone.
We may also limit or close an account that seriously breaks these terms or harms other people or the service. Wherever we can, we will tell you first and say how to put it right.
10. Liability
Pathwise is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost opportunities, grades, income, or data you keep no copy of elsewhere, and our total liability is in any case limited to what you paid us for a subscription in the previous six months. Nothing here reduces the rights Iranian consumer law gives you.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The current version is always on this page, and the date at the top changes with it. If a change is significant, we will also tell you inside the app. Continuing to use Pathwise after a change means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and disputes are heard by the competent courts of Iran.
